Flair System - setup for a Main House with separate JADU

I will soon be constructing a separate Junior ADU (JADU) as an addition to my main house and came up with this Flair layout. I plan to keep my existing forced air heater (no cooling). I left all bathrooms, sunroom and JADU-Entry with normal registers (always open) to ensure adequate flow when heat is demanded. The house thermostat is in the hallway, the Master bedroom (Gateway Puck) and JADU living room (Puck) will receive their own temperature controls.

I'm hoping there will be someone who can review and comment on my proposed layout before ordering these items.
