Waiting for 8x12 vent support

It seems posting a dedicated topic helps so I'm posting a topic on the 8x12 vent size. Flair still isn't supporting this size yet and I have two vents this size I'd buy flair for if they sold it.

  I am also eagerly waiting for 8x12. I have a few vents of this size, and Flair not manufacturing this size is holding me from going all on Flair.

  I'm also in need of a 8x12 for a floor vent.  Is it possible to get a 8x10 and frame out an inch on each end of the vent opening?
