Need help with Automation

Hey!

Been using this product for years and now with moving my office to one bedroom I want help with a simple automation I am trying to do. I couldn't get this to work with the scheduling. I dont need any occupatency or anything like that. To keep it simple:

I have two smart vents (one in each bedroom) and one regular in the downstairs. Regardless of temp I just want one bedroom vent to be closed from 9am-5pm and the other to stay open. I tried doing this in auto mode by setting the temp to high but in one but to no avail. Can this be done in a simple way?

    Hi Tyler L,

    I think the issue you were having was with your Back Pressure Protection algorithm.  We have two to choose from.  Your home was using one that will Prioritize the Active Rooms and anytime a Smart Vent needs to open due to our back pressure protection algorithm it would have opened up the Smart Vent in your Master Bedroom, which is not what you want.

    We have switched your home to use the alternate back pressure protection algorithm.  Now, if you put your home in Auto and let the Flair automation run the Smart Vent in the Master Bedroom should remain closed during the entire Inactive event in your Flair schedule.

    Please put your Flair home system setting to Auto and if you have any further issues please write to support@flair.co and we will be happy to assist.

    Is the algorithm selection a user-selected item? I don’t see it in the app? Or is it something that only Flair support can access?
