    Hi Paul Ellis,

    I see you wrote in to support on this topic and a ticket was created.  We will be in touch later today via that ticket. 

    We are aware of this issue (calibrations being reset to 0) and released a fix for this the afternoon of July 10th.

    This should no longer be an issue, so please establish the calibration you need and let us know if there are any further issues.
