No IR codes for mini split appear in setup
This is a new puck. Trying to set it up to control the mini split in my living room. When I go to the IR Setup menu it shows IR Settings status as Empty. When I select IR Setup the screen displays Back with no other options.

Hi Bob,
We don't see a Flair home created under the email address here. You will need to run through the setup at my.flair.co or on our mobile app. You will first need to get the hub of your Flair system (Gateway Puck or Bridge) online. The Flair setup process will guide you through this.
After connecting the hub, Flair will have you add the mini split by entering the brand and original remote model number. Then you will create a room (in this case it will be the living room).
