Flair not adjusting from heat to cool

I have flair vents integrated with Nest thermostat. I have the auto setting on my Nest thermostat for heat to turn on from 70 and below and AC 73 and above. As temperatures are getting cooler outside my heater is starting to kick on occasionally. With that being said my flair settings are staying on the cool settings and not opening my vents when temperature is below 73. Is there a setting that needs to be changed to make this function properly?

    We have created a support ticket and a technical support team member will be in touch shortly.

    This seems to point to a broken integration between Flair and your Google Nest thermostat.  As your thermostat mode changes Flair is not getting these updates and is unaware of the current system mode.

    Did you get a solution to this issue? I recently had that problem. Our temp went from 25 degrees one day to 85 the next. The thermostat started cooling but the Nest stayed on heat and changed my thermostat to heat.
