Problem with first gen pucks losing connection
Are others having issues with their first gen pucks losing connection? I've got 8 pucks throughout my house and about 4 of them (1st gen) constantly lose connection. I have to go through the process of removing them from the room in the app, factory resetting, and finally wifi reset, and they will come back for a few days and will be gone again. I bought two of the gateways to try to help and still have the same problem. I've got 4 new pucks and they work perfectly. I'm beyond the warranty period because shortly after getting all the vents I was diagnosed with spine cancer so the installation took a backseat to my health. I still am dealing with cancer but I finally was able to get someone to help me finish the installation but every few days I have to go reset these pucks and it's hard to do with your partially paralyzed. I'm just wondering if it is my system or the pucks.
