How can Vent help my situation?

I need to be able to control close and open actions remotely. 

I have a bathroom with a always-on building ventilation system that sucks the air out. This is good as it dries the room, but it is also make it cold. I need to be able to close the vent when i want to warm up the room or open for venting. Is this possible with a Smart Vent?

    Definitely. You can buy a Puck and a Smart Vent. You'll then set up the Puck with a regular thermostat (we don't need to talk to a smart thermostat in this case). Finally, you can put your system into Manual Mode and open and close the vent as necessary. However, you can also leave it in Auto mode and we can open and close the Smart Vent based on the temperature read at the Puck.
