controlling guest use for Airbnb

Most products like this are geared toward home users but not for Airbnb. I have found nothing that allows control over Mini Split and also allows you to control guest use of settings. Custom control over temp settings in each room. A way to lock guests into a temp setting range. Display spoofing would be a nice feature. (meaning AC is set to go no lower than a certain setting... it stays in the preset range but displays whatever number they try to set it at. Then 5 minutes later the true setting is displayed... The web site mentions Airbnb use but host have specific needs
