Pucks and vents are down

    Hi Vitaliy,

    If your Gateway Pucks are online, that means they're successfully connected to WiFi and communicating with the Flair app.

    If Sensor Pucks and Smart Vents are offline, that means they don't have a radio signal connection to a Gateway (different than WiFi). This is usually caused by poor signal strength and can be caused by a blocked signal (layout of home, large metal objects, wall construction), distance to the Gateway, or some other interference.

    This is a question that our Support Team can help you troubleshoot, and I've closed the post and created a Support ticket.
