Puck shows disconnected, but Wifi add successful!

Hi
Puck showed disconnected, so I went thru Puck Wifi setup. Puck showed wifi icon. App still said disconnected. Tried again no change. Removed puck from home. It's unable find it now. Wifi works. Cleared Data and Cache from Android app. Logged in. Still says add gateway puck. I check puck, says in gateway and wifi connected.. latest version everything. 

What is wrong? Is Flair down??

    Hi Ali,

    I'm going to create a ticket for our Support Team to help you out. That will be faster. Meanwhile, I'd suggest putting Flair into Setup mode to see if it can discover the Puck. Tap the PLUS sign and select "Add new Sensor Puck". Wait about 2 full minutes. This happened to me once, and Flair was able to discover the Puck in Setup mode.
