Anyone having off-line issues with Pucks and vents?
My flair system went offline at 4am this morning and I found that the security certificate for api.flair.co is invalid. My router and PC antivirus are both blocking connections for that reason. I don't have control over the router settings, so I have no way to whitelist it without calling my ISP.

We are unaware of any certificate issues so unsure how to help resolve your issue.

Both our vents went offline 6/11/25 at around 9:45-9:50PM CDT. Unable to re-pair them to the controller, reached out to support, they couldn't get them online either, they magically came back online on 6/13 for a few hours and then went offline again. Still have an open support ticket waiting for resolution.
So far:
Pulled batteries in vents
Replaced batteries in vents
Reset vents
Removed vents from account
Reset bridge
Physically moved bridge to same room as vent.
Either the bridge is bad or something on the backend is very very broken.

Hi Tim Olow,
I worked with you directly via a support ticket, and we seemed to identify an interference issue.
Your ecowitt pool temp sensor operates on the same 915 MHz frequency that our devices do. You noted that as you would power on either our Smart Vents or the ecowitt pool sensor the other devices would drop offline.
If you learn anything interesting or valuable for the community related to these interference issues, please let us know.
If you want to discuss any specifics on your issue please reach out to our support team.
Thanks!
