High holding temp on Ecobee
I have Flair vents in 4 rooms. When I set one room to a lower temp, the system runs until it hits the room average temp. For example, my set point in Flair is 74. I lower my den to 72. When the Ecobee hits an average temp for all my rooms, say 73, it stops. Then my Ecobee shows “78/Holding” and the system stays off. I don’t want the house to get that hot, so I have to cancel the holding temp on the Ecobee. This doesn’t seem like how this is supposed to work.
My basic need is to make one room colder than the rest during the day, then another colder then the rest at night. Unfortunately I don’t understand how to make that happen. Looking for any help. Thanks.
