Ecobee always setting to Away mode

I set up using the Flair app to control each set of vents on each floor.  I have Ecobee with Sensors.  However, it kept setting the Ecobee to away mode while using the flair app control and not controlling each floor. It is better to just go back to Ecobee and let it control the temp?  Will it still control each floor using the sensors?  I would prefer to use the app to set it up, but not sure what is going on with the Ecobee app and thermostat since I installed the puck and vents.

    I'll also mention the Home/Away Mode setting. This is used to determine how your Flair system is set to Home or Away.
