Request: explicit High low set points
I see this has been requested before, but it would be nice to have the schedule set both high and low temps explicitly, rather than derived from a midpoint. Setting a wider hysteresis might help, but it's really not the solution I need.
I do not like the functionality where setting a room to 22c means I get days where the system heats and cools within an hour of one another because the outside weather is so varied.
Ecobee allows me to set low points and high points giving me a nice range, so I can have nothing happen between 20-25c. If I do this with flair, I get heating at 23 and cooling at 22. I don't want either of these things to happen. I want heat to stop at 20 (plus small hysteresis) and cool to stop at 25 (less small hysteresis). As it stands I have to manually create schedules for both summer and winter, then manually turn off the heat/cool settings to prevent unwanted energy costs.
Long story short - There's a wide band of comfortable temperatures that need neither heat nor cool, which a couple of degrees F doesn't cover.

Hi Harley,
I am creating a support ticket for you related to this forum post so that a member of our Technical Support Team can reach out and help you with this.
There are hysteresis values related to your Flair home that can only be seen and adjusted by members of our Technical Support Team and I think we could make some adjustments to these for you that will result in a wider band of temperatures where your thermostat will not be engaged for heating or cooling cycles.
We will have a few specific questions for you related to this and will reach out via the support ticket I am creating for you.
Thank you for writing into Flair
