If you are integrating a smart thermostat with Flair, you'll be asked to log into your smart thermostat account to grant permission to Flair to access your thermostat(s).
If you're not seeing your thermostat(s), follow these general troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure the email address you're using to log into your smart thermostat is correct.
- Ensure you have owner or admin access to the smart thermostat account. If you are not the owner or have admin access to the account, thermostats will not be visible during the integration process.
- Ensure the smart thermostat is in Heat, Cool or Auto Heat/Cool mode. Thermostats, where the mode is set to Off, cannot be integrated into Flair.
- Try re-integrating the smart thermostat. There may be an unknown issue that is resolved when you attempt to re-integrate.
- Try these:
- Force quit the Flair app and restart it
- Reboot your phone or tablet
- Try resuming setup on a WiFi-connected laptop/computer at my.flair.co
Honeywell Home
When integrating a Honeywell Home smart thermostat with Flair, each Flair home can access the thermostat(s) in exactly one Honeywell location. In other words, you cannot assign thermostats across locations to a single Flair home.
Single Flair Home
If you have a single Flair home, ensure the thermostat(s) you want to import to your Flair home are all assigned to the same location in your Honeywell Home account.
Multiple Flair Homes
If you have multiple Flair homes, assign the thermostat(s) for each home to separate locations in the Honeywell account (i.e., one location per Flair home). Then import all locations into Flair and assign the thermostat(s) to their respective Flair home.
Once you import the location(s) you want into Flair, to enable a location for a specific Flair home, go to Home Settings->Integrations, tap "Honeywell Home" to expand, and then tap the toggle next to the location name.
