Set Up Flair Skill in Alexa

To setup the Flair skill in Alexa, you'll need:

  • The Flair app and a Flair account
  • A home configured in your Flair account
  • The Amazon Alexa app

Set Flair System to Auto

In the Flair app, tap the System button in the control bar and select "Auto":

Add the Flair Skill in Alexa

In the Alexa app, search for the Flair skill and click the Enable button:

Enter the email address and password for your Flair account to authorize Alexa

Set up your Flair rooms in the Alexa App

  1. After logging in, you'll be prompted to "Discover Devices"
  2. The Alexa App will then find your Flair home and all the Flair rooms associated with that home -  this process may take up to 20 seconds
  3. Tap the rooms you want to control
  4. You can now use Alexa voice control with Flair in these rooms
