The Puck works like a remote control, sending IR commands to the mini split IR receiver, so it must be in line-of-sight of the mini split IR receiver.
The Flair Puck has an IR range of 15'.
The Flair Puck has 3 IR beams:
- Two on the sides - one at 10 o'clock and one at 2 o'clock
- One on the face of the Puck at 12 o'clock
