A multi-head unit is several indoor units tied to one outdoor unit.
For multi-head mini splits, Flair has a Mode Lock option. This locks all mini split heads with a single outdoor unit to the same Mode (Heat, Cool, Auto Heat/Cool, Off).
If you're using Flair Puck Pros as integrated controls, we recommend using Mode Lock.
The Mode Lock feature is located in Home Settings->Mini Splits, Window Units and Portables.
