I purchased multiple items. When will they ship?
Unless otherwise indicated on our backorders page, your items will ship when they become available. This means you may receive some of your items now and backordered items when they are back in stock.
You will receive an email from our warehouse when items ship. This email will include tracking information and what items shipped.
When will my payment method be charged?
You will be charged when your order is placed.
What about the 60-day return policy? And warranties?
Our return policy is based on when you receive all items in your order. Your warranty period will also begin once you receive all items in your order.
What if I want to cancel before my items ship?
You can cancel backordered items at any time. Contact our customer support team to assist you.
Note: backorder items that have not been received can be canceled and refunded immediately. If you have already received items, you will need to return them as per our Return Policy. We keep this page updated with backorder status.
