When using Set Point Controller Flair, you'll want to disable ecobee eco+ features so they won't conflict with Flair.
When Set Point Controller is set to "Flair App", Flair will be controlling your ecobee. Certain ecobee features will conflict by also trying to adjust the ecobee set point. These features need to be disabled. Alternately, you can switch the Set Point Controller to "Thermostat" (note that this will remove Flair's ability to adjust your thermostat).
As of 12/27/2021, these are the eco+ features supported by ecobee. You can learn more on ecobee's website here: eco+ Frequently Asked Questions.

Why did my rooms stay inactive when I got home? If your ecobee is on an Away schedule and eco+ occupancy detection overrides it to Home when you arrive, Flair now activates your rooms to match. Certain eco+ features can still adjust your ecobee's set point, or cause other conflicts, so we still recommend disabling eco+ when Set Point Controller is set to "Flair App".
When eco+ is active, the eco+ icon will appear on your ecobee’s home screen. Tap the icon to disable eco+ features.
To disable eco+ features:
- Enter the ecobee menu
- Tap eco+ at the top of the screen
- Tap the current setting at the top (in green) and change it to "Disable indefinitely"
