Wrong temperature in app

Hi Chris Sanborn,
My name is James. I manage the Technical Support Team here at Flair.
I tried to grab a timestamp from your screenshots above but they are very small and when I enlarge them they become unreadable.
I see that as of today your Nest is not assigned to a Flair room, which is fine. What I suspect was happening here was that until around 9 pm Eastern on Thursday, November 17th you had your Nest thermostat assigned to your sole Flair room, Chris's Bedroom, and thus the temperature displayed in the app was the average of the Puck reading and the Nest reading. I checked the historical temp graphs for your Nest and for your Puck and that 69.4 average seems right on as far as an average in that room on the evening of Thursday, November 17th. As Sal noted if you believe the Puck temp readings need to be calibrated we can explore that as well.
I would be happy to look into this issue further for you if the above doesn't explain what you were seeing or if you have any additional questions.
If you do wish to continue this discussion please write to support@flair.co and a member of our support team will be happy to answer any questions you have.
Thanks for being a valued Flair customer!

Below are two screen shots. The first is the Flair app, which shows that the vent is set to open at 65, which is what the room is at (second screen shot of the Nest puck temp), but the the Flair app is showing that it is 69.4. I have no idea where this temperature reading is coming from? Any ideas?

Hm. Looks like the flair set point is 65, the room is currently 69.4. The room doenst require heat; vent closed.
My Nest system doesn't show me pucks like yours does, which is interesting to me. I'm guessing you have both a nest temperature sensor and a flair puck in Chris's Bedrm. Perhaps the sensors arent side-by-side? I wouldn't have expected a (69.4-66 = 3.4 deg F) difference between sensors in the same location.
Personally, I would pick up a cheap outdoor (or refrigerator) thermometer to break the tie. Flair lets you tweak the temperature if it ends up being off...
Personally I've found the pucks to be in pretty good agreement with my nest thermostat.
Home Settings>Flair Devices>Chris's Bedrm > Temperature Calibration (-10 to +5 C)
The vent temperature can be found in the Home Stats menu. Some interesting data there (like vent pressure, signal strength, battery voltage, etc). However, vent temperature is not used in the temperature control system, as its not representative of the room. -
The room isn't 69.4. I don't know where the 69.4 temp is coming from? The room was 61 on the Flair puck (which is the controller) and 60 on the Nest puck but the room temp on the app showed 67 so the vent wouldn't open? No where in the house was 67. I can't figure out where the app is pulling this temp?

You you're saying that the average temp? How do I change that. This temp is what the Flair thermostat us using to open or close the vent. I don't want it to open, or keep the vent closed, based on an average temp. The Nest puck is generally 1-2deg different from the temp on the Flair puck but the temp displayed on the app is always considerably higher. How do I call tech support? I emailed them on Monday and still haven't heard back from anyone
