Has anyone else have a problem with support emailing and then just stop? I even created a new support inquiry and haven't heard back in over a day. Initially everything was great and I would say some of the best support I have ever gotten for any product or service but now everything just stopped. Ive got so many issues their open threshold and the backpressure protect system to vents whistling when closed. I just purchased my third vent which I will convert another one of my rooms over to flair with but I wanted to do some testing and get things working the way I need it to for my home. I currently have the rest of my home and every vent within my home running on keen vents with an app I wrote and works flawlessly.
