    Hi Daniel,

Flair Smart Vents are the ideal solution for a room that gets too warm.

Place a Puck and Smart Vent in your bedroom and give it a set point. Flair Smart Vents will work automatically to maintain your desired temperature.

Thank you for your response. Just to be clear, the puck will only open and close the vent. When it integrates with ecobee, it won't try to change the temperature right ?

    Hi Daniel,

Flair can be configured to follow your ecobee. In this mode, Flair will only open and close Flair Smart Vents to achieve the set point you specify on the Puck and will not change the temperature.

If you don't bother integrating them, then you don't have to worry about any interaction calling for service either.

With just 1 room using Flair, in my opinion, the  integration doesn't really add any value.

If you had a significant portion of the house using Flair vents, then the integration could add value.

I have an Ecobee single zone house, with Flair vents in 3 areas using 3 pucks, and didn't bother integrating them at all.  I also have 2 Ecobee sensors in non-Flair rooms.  All the Flair vents are in rooms that over heat/cool first while the Ecobee sensors are in the rooms that lag.  It's been working very well after some trial and error on the different set points.
