The "Local IR Control" feature allows control of a mini split or IR device when there is no internet connection.
If the internet goes down, you can use a Puck to send set points to a mini split, or turn it off and on. If you're not home and Smart Away is configured, Flair's Backup Smart Away will prevent extreme temperatures.
If you expect the internet to be down for a while, you can use your remote controls. Once the internet is back up, you can continue using Flair. You may need to use the remote to synchronize the current state of the mini splits with Flair.
