Flair uses the below priority rules when determining how to respond to changes made to your Flair system.
The priorities below are listed from highest to lowest. When there are conflicting requests the higher priority request will win out.
- Home/Away hold via the Control Bar in the Flair App. By default when a Flair system is set to Away all rooms are set to Inactive. When the Home/Away button in the Control Bar is used to set the home to Away all room holds are cleared.
- Home/Away toggle due to app geolocation or a change in an integrated smart thermostat's Home/Away status.
- Room Set Point Change or Room Active/Inactive toggle - this creates a Hold (as shown below)
- Events in your Flair Schedule
- Updates from an integrated smart thermostat or its schedule
- Remote sensor occupancy reading
- Change to the default home set point in the Control Bar of the Flair App
