Forgot Password
If you can’t log in to the Flair app, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Your Password?“ link on the sign in page.
Flair App won't Accept Password
Try logging in using the webapp on a browser at my.flair.co. What happens there tells you where the problem is:
- If the webapp also won't accept your password, reset your password using the “Forgot Your Password?“ link above.
- If the webapp logs you in but the app still won't accept your password, update the Flair app to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play, then fully close the app and open it again.
- If it still won't accept your password, delete and re-install the app using the steps below.
Re-Install the Flair App
If the app continually logs you out, try deleting the app and then re-installing it. If that doesn’t work, please contact support.
