The temperature on the Puck may be slightly different than the temperature displayed in the Flair app. This could be due to the Puck's refresh rate, the average reading of temperature sensors in the room, or the Puck needs to be calibrated.
- Puck displays are updated accordingly to conserve battery life:
- Sensor Pucks update when there is a 2F (1.1C) degree difference in the room temperature
- Gateway Pucks update when there is a 1F (.5C) degree difference in the room temperature
- A room displays the average of all temperature sensors assigned to that room. This can be any combination of Pucks, integrated smart thermostats, or ecobee/Honeywell room sensors.
To view temperature data over time, look at the Home Statistics graphs. These graphs show the most accurate and up-to-date temperature information. See Statistics: Signal Strength, Set Point, Room Temperature.
Note: Temperatures displayed in Fahrenheit are rounded to the nearest degree. Temperatures displayed in Celsius are rounded to the nearest half-degree.
