    Hi Chris,

The battery alert notification will fire when the voltage is <= 2.4V.

    All the best,

I can’t answer your exact question about the voltage but I think it’s around 3 volts. All of my vents are still running on the original batteries they came with, except for one, that I just had to replace for the first time a month or two ago. It lasted well over a year.

A couple of my pucks had low batteries so i replaced them all with brand new (fresh out of package) Amazon brand rechargeable batteries. Within 24 hrs all the pucks gave notice of low battery status. There is a chance the batteries aren't the best but i expect some quality from Amazon branded batteries.

Before anyone asks, the Amazon batteries say they ship with full charge.

Keep in mind that rechargeable batteries are not the full 1.5 volts that alkaline are. Usually 1.3 volts

@Warren DeLarme.  Good to know.  I had no idea rechargeables were a different voltage

I’m wondering about battery notifications on vents as well. Just noticed I have a vent that has been offline for more than a week, but there was no notice in the flair app even. This is a situation that would even warrant an e-mail notification in my mind. Replaced the batteries and all is well but looking at the stats I had other vents that were down to 2.8 volts.
