    Hi Viet,

    We signed up for Device Access the first day the sign up form was available. To date, we have unfortunately received no communication from the Google Nest team. 

    We encourage users to contact Google Nest customer support to voice their concerns about the delays with the Works with Google Assistant platform.

    Thank you for the prompt reply and for having already taken the initiative! I'm glad to see such a responsive team is working on Flair and is already working on such matters. It sounds like they'll start device Access later this year so hopefully they'll reach out soon.

    Hi Viet,

    If you do convert your Nest account to a Google account, your Nest thermostat will still work with Flair as a non-integrated thermostat.

    What information have you heard about Nest Aware subscriptions?? I haven't seen anything yet. I converted to the Google account already, so maybe that is why I haven't heard anything yet??

    Go to manage your nest aware subscription and they'll offer it. I read about the change on reddit.
