When adding a Bridge, if Sensor Pucks or Smart Vents go offline, try the following:
- Perform an "Unlink Gateway" for all Sensor Pucks:
- Push the Sensor Puck to enter the menus, rotate to "Settings' and push to select
- Rotate to "Unlink Gateway" and push to select
- Confirm and wait for the Sensor Puck to restart
- If you have close to 30 devices in your Flair system, contact Support and indicate you have a "large system with end devices going offline".
- Try positioning the Bridge vertically as depicted here:
- If your Bridge is connected via ethernet, try connecting it via WiFi and moving it to a more central location. RF range depends entirely on the layout and construction of your home and is affected by interference from large metal objects, furniture, appliances, large mirrors, pianos, etc.
- Reset the Bridge
- Connect the Bridge to WiFi: tap the PLUS menu, select "Add Flair Bridge" and follow the WiFi setup wizard
- You may need a second Bridge for better coverage
