Bridge won't discover Sensor Pucks or Smart Vents

Ensure Sensor Pucks and Smart Vents are in range of the Bridge during discovery. A distance of about 10 feet is recommended. Once discovered, Sensor Pucks and Smart Vents can be moved.

Bridge won't discover Sensor Pucks

For each Puck that isn't discovered, try the following...

1. 1. Push the Puck to enter the menu, rotate to "Settings", and push to select
   2. Rotate to "Unlink Gateway" and push to select and wait for it to reboot
   3. In the Flair app, Tap the PLUS menu, select "Add Flair Puck" and select "Add Sensor Pucks"
   4. Flair will enter Setup mode. It may take up to 5 minutes for Flair to discover new devices.

Bridge won't discover Smart Vents

For each Smart Vent that isn't discovered, try the following...

1. 1. Remove the grill
   2. Detach the front battery holder
   3. Remove the batteries for 60 seconds to allow the capacitors to drain
   4. Reinsert the batteries and press down firmly on the top battery cover while replacing the screws to avoid battery movement.
   5. Discover the Smart Vent
      1. In the Flair app, tap the PLUS menu and select "Add Flair Smart Vents"
      2. Flair will enter Setup mode. It may take up to 5 minutes for Flair to discover new devices.
   6. If not discovered, press and release the recessed "Reset" button near the front battery holder. The actual button may not be directly below the hole.
      
   7. Wait 1-2 minutes for the Smart Vent to be discovered
