Bridge won't discover Sensor Pucks

Reset the Puck and rediscover it. To reset the Puck, push the Puck to enter the menu, rotate to Settings, and push to select. Then rotate to "Unlink Gateway" and push to select. In the Flair app, Tap the PLUS menu and select "Add Flair Puck" and select "Sensor Puck". This will put Flair into Setup mode. It may take up to 5 minutes for Flair to discover new devices.

Bridge won't discover Smart Vents

  1. Remove the Smart Vent from your Flair home: tap the Flair menu, go to Home Settings->Flair Devices, expand the Vent, and then tap the red X to remove the device.
  2. Reset the Smart Vent by first removing the grill, detaching the top battery holder, and removing the batteries for 60 seconds to allow the capacitors to drain. Then reinsert the batteries and press down firmly on the top battery cover while replacing the screws.
  3. Re-add the Smart Vent: in the Flair app, tap the PLUS menu and select "Add Flair Smart Vent". This will put Flair into Setup mode. It may take up to 5 minutes for Flair to discover new devices.
