Follow the instructions below to get the MAC address for a 1st-generation Flair Puck.
- Push the face of the Puck to enter the menus.
- Rotate the bezel of the Puck until you reach the Status Menu
- Push on the face of the Puck to enter the Status menu
- Rotate the bezel until the MAC Address option is highlighted
- Push down on the face of the Puck to select, and the MAC address is displayed
For our newer 2nd-generation Flair Puck (released in March 2026) follow the instructions below.
- Push down on the face of the Puck 2 to enter the menus
- Rotate the bezel to highlight the settings menu (Gear icon)
- Push down on the face of the Puck 2 to enter the Settings menu
- Rotate to the Information screen (noted by the i)
- The MAC address is shown on this screen
