If you receive the Conflicting Program message while signing up for Flair's Peak Perks program, it means you are already enrolled in another program. California regulations only allow customers to be enrolled in one Demand Response program at a time.
If you want to work with Flair to balance the grid and prevent blackouts, please follow instructions below to disenroll from the other program. If you do not see your program listed, please contact support with the name of your current program and your utility company.
Once you’ve disenrolled, Flair will attempt to register your utility account again for Peak Perks.
PGE SmartRate
Customers may cancel their participation in SmartRate at any time by dialing 1-866-743- 0263 to speak with a customer service representative or by accessing their PG&E YourAccount at PGE.com. Customers may be disenrolled automatically if there is a change in their eligibility for participation. A customer’s de-enrollment will generally be made effective on the next business day after the request is made. Click here to access the SmartRate program webpage.
PGE SmartAC
SmartAC program participants may unenroll from the program by calling the dedicated SmartAC toll-free phone number at 866-908-4916 or emailing SmartAC@pge.com. SmartAC de-enrollments will typically become effective approximately 48 hours after the de-enrollment request is received. Click here to access the SmartAC program webpage.
PGE Power Saver Rewards (PSR)
Customers enrolled in Power Saver Rewards may contact Uplight by emailing support@pgepowersaver.com or calling 844-923-0176 to unenroll. An unenrollment will be effective approximately 48 hours after the de-enrollment request is received. Click here to access the Power Saver Rewards webpage.

To disenroll from OhmConnect, send an email to help@ohmconnect.com.
