🚀 IR Boost - improved IR range
Today, we released a new feature known as IR Boost. This allows you to designate which ONE of the three IR blasters on a Puck 2 should be used. This allows you to place the Puck 2 farther from your mini split while still maintaining reliable IR communication.
🛠 Improved comfort and efficiency with Staged Heating
We released an improvement to our Staged Heating behaviors today to ensure a greater level of comfort and efficiency when your second stage of heating is active.

🛠 Our brand new and improved Home Stats tool is being released today
For users who want to see historical temperature, set point, and other related data, this is a great tool for you. This is found in the Flair App under the Main Menu - same location it has always been.

🚀 New Room Sense Feature will turn off mini splits in a room that is overheating or overcooling
One of the biggest pain points mini split users have is the overheating or overcooling that can occur. There are several factors that can lead to this overheating or overcooling.
Flair will now evaluate the room periodically and when we detect that the room is being overheated or overcooled we will turn off the mini split in an attempt to keep the temperature in the room in the comfortable range you expect.
🚀 Room Sense Reasons now display in the room tile.
We added a description to the mini split in each room tile that explains the impact Room Sense had on the most recent command sent to the mini split.

Flair now supports the setup and control of Boiler Systems or Electric Baseboards via a Bridge Pro.

🛠 Alerts are now shown in the app when the thermostat integration needs to be "repaired."
If the communication that is key to our smart thermostat integrations fails, an alert will be shown on the home screen of the app. If you tap this alert, you will be taken to the reintegration wizard. This should repair the integration and fix any issues that occurred as a result.

🚀 Setup of multiple indoor mini splits just got way faster
For anyone installing Flair Pucks to control mini splits, we have now made it possible to copy the settings from your first mini split setup and, in mere seconds, set up additional mini splits. Instead of going through the complete set of steps for four identical units, you can set up the first and copy this setup to 3 additional rooms. This should be a tremendous time-saver.

🚀 The Sensi Smart Thermostat Integration is here!
We are excited to announce our latest smart thermostat integration. The full line of Sensi Smart Thermostats can now be integrated with your Flair solution to provide advanced control and comfort to your home. You can also integrate Sensi Indoor Sensors that are paired to your Sensi Touch 2 smart thermostat.
🛠 The full ID for Bridge Pros and Puck Pros can now be found in the Flair Devices screen.
This is a key improvement for anyone who needs the full ID to complete rebate forms.

🛠 Improvement to Vent safety when power is low
When the voltage readings for a Flair Smart Vent running on batteries drop below the 2.4 V threshold, the Smart Vent will open and will remain open until the batteries are replaced. This ensures that vents are not stuck closed and unable to open for back pressure relief.

Critical staged heating settings are now locked behind an installer code.
🛠 Improved Vent Responsiveness Immediately After Integration
We now evaluate vent states immediately following the integration of a smart thermostat. This results in improved performance of your Flair system, and improved comfort.
🚀 Webhook Now Available
- The following events will trigger our webhook to fire: Room Set Point Change, Room Active/Inactive Change, Room Temperature or Humidity Change
- When these events occur, the following information will be sent: Room ID, Mode, Active/Inactive status, Room Set Point, Room Temperature, Room Humidity
- You can register your callback URL for the webhook via our API. Here is an example using curl. 4351 would be replaced with the SID of your Flair home.

🛠 Faster, Smarter Heating and Cooling Decisions
After months of thorough testing, all users with an integrated ecobee, Honeywell, or Nest that use Flair SPC have been moved to our ambient-aware algorithm. When Flair determines that a thermostat should be nudged to start or stop the HVAC equipment, the set points it sends to the thermostat are now determined with more information. These set points should, in almost all cases, result in immediate results. This should ensure your thermostat is much more responsive to your needs and the zone maintains the comfort you expect.
